Gabriel Kennedy has experience in product and brand development as well as operational development, and due diligence with both organic food and lifestyle brands and restaurants during his time at Pergament Advisors and as an individual chef and consultant. Gabriel focuses on healthy cuisine and has experience in traditional haute cuisine as well as vegetarian, vegan, raw, paleo and ayurvedic.
Gabe is also a private chef and run his own catering and events company.
